King Fish was recognized with a Silver Pearl Award in the Best Proof of ROI category for its work for Zappos, the online shoe and apparel retailer. King Fish launched a series of print and online catalogs for Zappos in 2009, and the publications have produced significant, measurable results.
In addition, King Fish was awarded a Gold Pearl Award in the Best eNewsletter category for everyday, a bi-weekly online publication for BBVA Compass.
The Pearl Awards honor outstanding achievement in design, digital implementations, editorial and strategic initiatives for B2B and consumer custom publications This year’s Pearl Award winners were announced at a ceremony in New York City on November 11.
King Fish also won silver Davey Awards in three categories in the International Davey Awards, a competition that recognizes the achievements of smaller agencies. The Daveys celebrated King Fish’s work for David’s Bridal in the Catalog Design category, for Zappos in the Marketing Effectiveness category, and for Zappos in the Catalog Design category. The awards were presented in New York City on October 31.
