Zappos partnered with King Fish to produce a series of Zappos Life catalogs: Casual Lifestyle, Active Lifestyle, and Fashion, each featuring stunning, on-location photography and storytelling content. Targeting three market segments, the magalogs were presented in a playful, dynamic way to embody the company's fun lifestyle and culture. King Fish developed a strategic distribution list for both in-box and direct mail in an effort to increase customer acquisition. As a result of the series, Zappos experienced an increase in product sales and revenue.
