King Fish designed and developed a unique direct mail campaign to bring to life the benefits of Nuance’s voice recognition technology for customer service and customer retention. The custom media content focused on the customer experience using the Nuance technology vs. existing touchstone products. The difference was illustrated by sending a recording of the executives’ own company’s customer phone interface. The custom media campaign exceeded expectation in terms of leads generated and satisfaction from the sales team. King Fish has also produced a successful series of webcasts for Nuance — the Take 5 Series that speaks to prospects in the sales pipeline and current customers.
