When Keurig, the leading manufacturer of single cup coffee brewers, looked to execute their direct mail campaign, they turned to King Fish Media.
Their objective was to bring new customers into their brewing system, and increase product purchasing on their web site. The direct mail effort was targeted at two audiences. The first, a Holiday Gift Guide, was distributed to current customers, in an effort to encourage holiday gifting. The second component was delivered to potential new customers, introducing the Keurig brand. King Fish created the audience development plan for both campaigns.
The success of these annual campaigns has resulted in King Fish creating marketing materials for several programs involving sustainability, outreach to specific verticals and a rebranding of their loyalty program.
