When Keurig, the leading manufacturer of single cup coffee brewers, looked to execute their first direct mail campaign, they turned to King Fish Media.
Their objective was to bring new customers into their brewing system, and increase product purchasing on their web site. The direct mail effort was targeted at two audiences. The first, a Holiday Gift Guide, was distributed to current customers, in an effort to encourage holiday gifting. The second component was delivered to potential new customers, introducing the Keurig brand. King Fish created the audience development plan for both campaigns.
Using compelling design, original photography, and relatable copy, both mailers provided valuable product information and encouraged customers and prospects to take action and purchase holiday gifts from Keurig.com.
