As an executive editor at Ziff Davis Media, Chris shaped the coverage of cutting edge technologies at PC Week and eWEEK, the market leaders in technology content for enterprise IT. Supervising an international cadre of reporters and editors, he oversaw technology beats including: servers and systems, storage, security, wireless, enterprise software, application development and professional services.
Chris then served as executive editor at CMP Media, where he managed the coverage of enterprise technology channels for VARBusiness and GovernmentVAR magazines. Blending his tech and business editing skills, Chris' team delivered multi-award winning news analysis for VARs and system integrators serving large businesses and the public sector. He has written extensively on managed services and distribution channels for resellers as well as on vendor-partner programs. Chris was also responsible at CMP for several large-scale research projects including the annual State of Distribution report, the Partner Program Guide, the Government 100 report, and the venerable VARBusiness 500 listing of North America's top resellers, integrators and solution providers.
Chris has also hosted Web Cast presentations and penned feature stories, case studies and technical white papers for a host of major corporations including Sun Microsystems, IBM, Cisco Systems, Dell, ImpreMedia, and The Mathworks.
A graduate of Penn State University, Chris is a native New Englander who shuttles between homes on Cape Cod, Mass. and the Gulf Coast of Southwest Florida.
