Mary Miller has over 20 years of diversified financial experience with both public and private technology companies. Ms. Miller’s experience includes the software, Internet, telecommunications, service and biotechnology industries, with companies that range in size from start-ups to over $1 Billion in revenue.

 

Previously, Ms. Miller held the position of Chief Financial Officer at HealthGate Data Corp. where she was actively involved in the Company’s pre-IPO and post-IPO efforts. Ms. Miller also spent over eight years with Progress Software Corporation, a public software company, where she held several senior financial positions and was primarily responsible for managing accounting, internal audit, financial planning, treasury, taxes, and facilities on a worldwide basis. Ms. Miller has also held other financial positions at PictureTel (formerly MultiLink), Genuity (formerly BBN Communications Corp.) and Deloitte Haskins & Sells.

 

In her free time, Mary enjoys Jet Ski-ing, boating, snowmobiling, and skiing in the New Hampshire area.

 

Fun Fact: Mary belongs to a garden club and is involved with competitive flower arranging.
